When will my order ship?
Orders are securely packaged, insured at full value, and shipped via FedEx, USPS ,Ups ,DHL. Orders take 3-6 business days in New York, 7-9 business days in USA  to ship to you.
*Please note that a "business day" is Monday through Friday, excluding all federal holidays.
An email confirmation will be sent out with the tracking number and order details. In-store pick up can be arranged for any items purchased online. If you wish to ship to a different address other than your billing address, please contact your bank or credit card company to add the address to the account. Additionally, we do not ship to PO Box addresses.
Please note, an adult signature is required at the time of delivery. If you wish to pick up your order from a local FedEx, USPS ,Ups ,DHL location, you must bring a photo identification.
We can't guarantee that your shipment won't be delayed due to unexpected occurrences beyond our control. Unfortunately, it happens every once in a while, however we'll do our best to assist if the situation occurs.
What if I live outside of the United States?
Elegante Diamonds ships worldwide via FedEx, USPS ,Ups ,DHL. Any taxes and duties collected by the local government is the responsibility of the customer. International shipping cost varies based on destination. Expected delivery time is 2-3 weeks after your order is shipped.
